The Rotor Wind is a rotating convection oven that is designed for the high production needs of the bakery and pastry sector. They come in various models from 8 to 36 trays of simultaneous cooking using (40×60 cm) trays. With its rotating trolley that can be rapidly unloaded and loaded to meet production needs, the Rotor Wind can be powered by gas, fuel oil or electricity. The Rotor Wind is a part of Zanolli's origin, known and appreciated across the world. The simple and intuitive electromechanical controls allow complete control of all parameters including set temperature using a digital thermoregulator, activate the ventilation, activate the carriage rotation, activate the steam extractor, set the steaming, activate the end of cooking timer (high volume buzzer, active until manual switch-off) and control the interior lighting. In this electric powered version, the flow of air passes through a bundle of armoured heating elements arranged to achieve maximum efficiency. The Rotor Wind 5EF is a double rack oven and is distinguished by its 36 tray (400 x 600) or 18 tray (600 x 800) roll in trolly capacity and front element configuration.
