The Azzurro modular deck oven series has been designed specifically for the modern pizza baker who has a small sized pizzeria but large production demands. The baking chamber is insulated with a layer of extra thick 80mm insulation that ensures outstanding baking performance while saving costs by minimising the amount of energy lost any time the pizza baker opens the door.
