A boutique oven of traditional Italian appeal, but with 500°C clean green energy along with the lowest energy consumption and highest performance. Its dome, antiqued granite, rounded form with no visible cables and concealed electronic control display provide AVGVSTO® the desired traditional look yet 100% wood-free. The AVGVSTO® utilises a patented AIR TRAP SYSTEM® technology that creates an air barrier right before the mouth of the oven and keeps the heat inside the cooking chamber. The advantages of the AIR TRAP SYSTEM® is best in class energy saving, performance and a certified ventless appliance as no heat escapes the chamber even when the door is kept open. Superbly even baking is guaranteed, even close to the mouth of the oven. The oven is cool to touch at any time and this provides ideal working ergonomics for the pizza baker as there is no radiating or expelled heat from the oven. The chamber is entirely covered in refractory ceramic, which makes it perfect also for cooking Neapolitan pizza. The AVGVSTO® 6 is distinguished by its 6-pizza capacity.
