The L120IV Cutter / Mixer / Homogenizer takes the YAZICILAR experience to a whole new level by integrating their know-how and experience as a food processing equipment manufacturer into high-capacity industrial machinery. Integrating their patents and knowledge they have created a machine with industrial capacity and durability with the ease of use of a counter-top appliance. The L120IV allows customers to increase process capacity without increasing labour needs. One person is enough to operate this machine regardless of body-power. The tilting of the bowl and opening/closing of the cover is fully motorised and works automatically. The knive unit, the bowl, and the cover is removable for cleaning away from the machine, which greatly increase the hygiene standards. The machine is operated via a hybrid control panel, offering water-proof metal buttons and a control screen. The timer, the variable speed function, the reverse revolving function, the cover, and tilting mechanism controls are all integrated into this panel and are totally automatic. The L120IV also includes a motorised scraper that works automatically. and is integrated in the board. The scraper shortens operation times and increase productivity. The L120IV can prepare purees, hummus, and process all kinds of organic material with ease. Although powerful and large in capacity, its direct drive design ensures a noiseless and powerful operation that can precisely chop delicate items such as onion, garlic, tomato, parsley, and pepper into desired thickness without squashing them and without removing their juices or integrity. Yazicilar vertical cutters utilise an inverter that allows a stepless variable speed operation where you can vary the speed of the blades for every application and process. During the process, you can change the speed for another phase of the processing allowing complete control. The reverse function on these cutter processors also allows the end user to mix products using the back of the blade without cutting them.
