The Sirio dough sheeters are designed to produce very thin sheets of dough free from wrinkles or tears. The fold-up surfaces and shielded bearings ensure maximum efficiency and cleanliness. The digital display and newly designed intuitive joystick ensure optimal dough thickness with minimal effort, for improved baking and shape to produce pastries and cakes that are as beautiful as they are delicious. The rolling direction can be reversed with ease via joystick and foot pedal. Available as a benchtop or freestanding model and in single or variable speed configurations. The Sirio comes in two belt widths based on your requirements: 500 or 600mm. On the freestanding models the shelves can be folded to reduce the overall dimensions when the machine is at rest and are mounted on wheels for easy movement. The Sirio 600/1000 is a freestanding machine on castors and is distinguished by its single speed operation and 1000mm x 600mm belts on either side.
