The PALLADIO 350 AUTOMEC is a high-performance automatic 350mm meat slicer engineered for advanced functionality and efficiency in demanding kitchen environments. It features a welded and rounded stainless steel automatism structure that ensures durability and ease of maintenance. The slicer utilizes a piston/rod system for smooth and precise carriage motion, powered by a fan-cooled motor with a commercial-grade oil bath reduction unit.

This model offers versatile operation with separate controls for blade and carriage motion. An easily accessible switch arm allows users to seamlessly switch between automatic and manual operation, providing flexibility for various slicing tasks. It includes two control systems: a standard on/off function and a high-performance on/off system.

The PALLADIO 350 AUTOMEC achieves an output of 37 slicers per minute in automatic mode. It is equipped with a 350 mm (14-inch) blade and features a powerful motor combination of 370 watts (0.5 hp) for the blade and 180 watts (0.24 hp) for the carriage motion.

With a maximum cut thickness of 23 mm, the slicer provides a carriage run of 310 mm and a hopper size of 305x270 mm.
