The peace of mind that you are covered for 4 years parts and 2 years labour. Aren’t you glad you purchased a The Good Lady product?

Fill in all the details below so we can get on top of whatever is bothering you.

Firstly, have you registered your product. If your product is not registered, then you will need to do so fill out the Warranty Registration Form, if your not sure give us a call on 1800 183 818, we can help you through it.

Some quick tips before filling in the details below:

  • Make sure You have read the operation manual on how to properly install, maintain and use this appliance correctly including troubleshooting.
  • Make sure that your appliance has been serviced by a licensed technician at a minimum of every 6 months. The The Good Lady company reserves the right to ask for proof of service records prior to attending the site for warranty claims.
  • Make sure you unit has been adequately cleaned and maintained as failure do so may affect your warranty claim.

Remember, warranty covers faulty parts and the labour associated with the replacement of faulty parts only. Anything that falls outside of this is considered non-warranty and will be chargeable.
