The Dolomiti oven series by GAM is a small sized electromechanical oven suitable for those who have limited space and require a multifunctional deck oven capable of carrying out a broad range of menu items including salamander Grilling and at the same time offering a traditional deck ovens for a pizza menu consistently and with great performance.

Using its complete electromechanical controls, this tiny pocket rocket caries a very high chamber of 120mm to ensure it can bake and cook pizzas within the same chamber. Perfect for pubs, clubs, bars and snack venues or those requiring a versatile multifunctional oven.
