Prince Deck Oven Series
The Prince rotating stone deck pizza oven is designed to be shown off: it will WOW your customers with the theatrical way it cooks up to 9 pizzas at a time. The Prince also makes the life of the pizza baker easier by ensuring a perfectly consistent product every time. The stone inside the oven rotates so there is no need to shuffle the pizzas during cooking to achieve a homogeneous baking result. Furthermore, the oven has the unique P.R.S (Pizza Recall System) that brings the pizza to you want on demand to the front window, ready to be served.
How does this work?
An interactive LED screen on the control panel represents the 8 sections inside the baking chamber. Touch a section and the oven will accelerate the rotation of the stone deck until the corresponding pizza is brought directly in front of you. The rotation then stops so that you can inspect the pizza or take it out, ready to be served.
