King deck ovens are the only deck ovens in the world with the innovative IWOS™ System (Italian Wood Oven Substitute). This patented system mechanically replicates the air circulation found within a wood-burning pizza oven. Heated air is channelled in from both sides of the baking chamber, combining with the heat from the top and bottom heating elements to produce a perfect, crispy result every time.
How does it work?
The air below the refractory stone is heated by the heating elements, flowing upwards through a cavity. It is then channelled back inside the baking chamber directly on pizzas through perforations in the lower section.
Models
The King series is available in three distinctive sizes: the King 4, King 6G and King 9. The model number represents how many large 34cm pizzas the oven can accommodate per deck. All models are modular and can be stacked up to three units high.
