The Azzurro modular deck oven series has been designed specifically for the modern pizza baker who has a small sized pizzeria but large production demands. The range is modular, so each oven can be stacked up to three units high for increased output.
Each oven features an upwards opening door, allowing the pizza baker to work with shorter shovels. An optional stand incorporates an extactable sliding table that provides an additional work surface while taking up almost no room. The baking chamber is insulated with a layer of extra thick 80mm insulation that ensures outstanding baking performance while saving costs by minimising the amount of energy lost any time the door is opened.
Azzurro deck ovens are supplied standard in two single deck sizes which can simultaneously cook four or six 34cm pizzas at a time. They can be stacked up to three units high.
